Sprint Store

This is the worst store that can exist for Sprint. The "workers" are so rude and disrespectful. They have a nasty attitude and are helpless. Sprint will be losing a lot of customers because of workers like these. Sprint should get professional workers who actually know how to help a customer. Overall Sprint is becoming a headache.

This store was pretty ridiculous to walk into. No acknowledgement I was there, an associate came over and just logged me in the tablet (I came in for a SIM card) I told her all I need is a SIM card - I can do the rest myself , she still entered me in and walked off.

I walked to service and repair and the woman at service and repair sat their acknowledge me about three times and still kept on about her story of her crazy neighbors and the stuff they were doing. I had to cut her off pretty much, even though she made eye contact with me three times and still wanted to finish her damn story .
