Sprint itself sucks because of its network, then this store. I took a connection and returned with in 14 days as per return terms. Store charged me 40 dollar restoration fees for return, I was fine and closed the account. Store guy said you are all set and thank you. I went back home and getting bill from sprint every month with 60-70 USD. I asked customer care and it said yes you returned it, but your store has not updated records so you will receive the bill, go to store and ask staff to update you records in the system. I said WTF? Sprint doesn't control their stores. I called store they said they will update don't worry and I thought ok. Next month again I got the bill for same amount. I stopped doing anything. After few days I got a call from collection agency for this amount (imagine 60-70 USD) and I explained them my situation, they said we will work out with sprint and solve your issue. I thought it should be ok. After six month when I run my credit report, this is still showing as due and hurting my score as non-payment of this smallest amount. F@@##$%% idiot sprint, even after paying if you cant update your records, why the hell you expect customer will turn to you....you are basically a cheap telecom service provider who hires cheap and unethical people That's why you are losing business every day in America. Wait and watch, how people of America will punish you because of your useless services and arrogant attitude towards customer.....you just sucks....
