Sprint Store

All the getto ass employees working there, don't know anything about sprint, lie to customers about deposits, and other stupid fee don't make sense when i called customer care they told me they lied to me and not to go there

BEWARE OF THIS STORE. THE CROOKED EMPLOYEES CALLED MY CELL STATING THAT SOMEONE CAME IN WITH MY STOLEN IPHONE AND THEY NEEDED MY PASSWORD IN ORDER TO UNLOCK IT AND RETURN IT TO SPRINT. ACTUALLY WHAT THEY DID WAS KEEP MY PHONE AND PUT IT UNDER SOMEONE ELSES ACCOUNT. A BIG SCAM ALRIGHT. THE MANAGERS NAME CHANGED FROM MICHAEL TO JAMES IN 2 SECONDS FLAT AS SOON AS I TOLD HIM WHAT I WAS CALLING ABOUT. HE TOLD ME HE WASNT THE FBI AND WOULDNT BE LOCATING MY STOLEN PHONE AND DIDNT GIVE A SHIT THAT HIS EMPLOYEES WERE THIEVES. IM SURE HE WAS DOWN WITH THEM. HE LACKED COMMUNICATION SKILLS, WAS UNPROFESSIONAL, AND SOUNDED DOWN RIGHT RETARTED. HE DID CHANGE HIS TUNE WHEN I MENTIONED GOING DOWN THERE WITH THE COPS TO LOOK AT SERVAILLANCE VIDEO. I FEEL SORRY FOR THE OWNER OF THIS PLACE BECAUSE HIS EMPLOYEES ARE PROBABLY ROBBING HIM BLIND. HEY THATS WHAT YOU GET FOR HIRING A BUNCH OF GHETTO SCUMBAGS TO RUN YOUR STORE. I HOPE YOU DO READ THIS AND DO A CLEAN SWEEP OF YOUR STORE AND TOSS THEM ALL OUT WITH THE TRASH BECAUSE APPARENTLY THATS WHAT THEY ARE!!!!

I have choose a good quality phone

I called to ask which store was closest and had a technician and when the woman picked up all she said was "hello". I had to ask if this was Sprint bcahse there was no greeting. I asked my question and she gave me an answer. I said thank you and she hung up without a response. Could have better customer service.
