To be approached buy salesmen that clearly do not know how to best represent the company they work for is embarrassing, I simply wanted an item that was out of stock and the manager made no attempt to let me know when it would be available,All they could say WE DON"T KNOW!!!,It saddens me enough that these people are not suited to insure a gcustomer relationship,having been a good customer and loyal for 15 years it has crossed my mind to find another provider. BYE BYE SPRINT!
