Sprint Store

They try to give you "free" electronics which ends up being a part of your monthly bill. A bunch of swindlers.

I am not sure what happened to the other customers that wrote reviews, but I have nothing but amazing things to say about this Sprint Store. Specifically, I want to say that Hans and Bianca were amazing. I had been having nothing but problems with another Sprint store location and Sprint customer service. Together they spent 3 hours with me trying to get my problem worked out and they succeeded. I have never met two customer service members that were so patient, friendly, and knowledgeable.
I will only be going to this Sprint Store in the future and I would recommend that everyone else follow suit.

Horrible customer service. Went in for repair of my screen and they completely messed my phone up.

This sprint location Sucks with a capital S ! The employee's here are rude and very unprofessional I do not encourage anyone to come into this location. If you can go else where, its sad but I guess that's what you would expect in this neighborhood. It should be this way, just because it isn't a great area doesn't mean people should be treat with a service that is less than.
Ps. Never going back!
