Let me say that in the almost 10 years that I've been with Sprint, I've never been more shocked by the laziness and lack of service. I walk in and everyone is sitting down, looking half asleep. Fine, it's slow and I'm sure your bored, but I walk in and left a moment of pause to be greeted and I had to say hello first. One of the guys was busy texting while talking to a guy that looked like he just got off. The woman that talked to me never stood to be an engaging "customer service representative", but instead stayed reclined in her seat sipping on her strawberry frappuccino. I tell her I need a new phone to replace the current one due to damage. She put her beverage down long enough to check I was insured, then just hands me a phone number to call and handle the issue myself. Mind you there was not one person in the store, but she seemed to tired at 3 in the afternoon to give any type of help. I never send emails complaining, but this time was different. I have never in my career of customer service have been so dismissive to a loyal customer. Someone needs to manage better expectation for raising the bar. Otherwise just close the place down, and leave a number or website on the door where you can just handle business yourself without the assistance of a live "representative".

My cell phone has not been connecting to the internet, so I visit a pretty empty store on a Sunday afternoon. The clerk says there's nothing he can do to help me, but says I can upgrade my phone. Why would I want to sign up for another two years of bad connectivity? Also, he kept harassing me to buy a tablet. Customer service at its finest.

What d-bags. After 10 year break wanted to test out sprint's voice coverage and call my friend … asked Indian dude if all phones are activated "yes man" (I hate when sales people try to use slang to sell a 40 year old things, but that's a diff story altogether). I try iPhone: "you're not authorized to reach the subscriber" whatever that means. Tried phone #2 & 3. So I ask again "are they activated"?
"ohh yeah, man. Did you pay your bill"
$&@& I think ...
"If you're calling AT&T phone, they are really bad"
(Wtf … ?)
So I left the store disgusted with possible lack of service and lies from sprint & went to metro pcs, where I was able to make a test call without problems or insults …
