Sprint Store

I would only give this place half a star if I could. Very very rude people. If you want to switch to sprint you'll probably be better off going anywhere else. Make sure you back your previous phone up before you go, because they can't help you after they take your old phone. My mom called to ask if the could upload her photos from her previous phone to the cloud, they responded they would get right on it. They did not even ask for her phone number to confirm with her when they would be done. She called back half an hour later to discover they deleted all of her photos. Now they're trying to turn it on her that she requested her photos be deleted. my family will be switching back to Verizon

If I could give no stars to this review I would. Worst customer service ever I will not be going to this store ever again.

Worst experience ...representatives doesn't care. Justin was one of the good representative. I dont know where he is now.

Have been to many Sprint stores and this store is by far the rudest.
If you get your phone repaired, make sure its really repaired. Twice they said it was fixed but the problem still existed. The only way to get treated like a customer is to speak to the manager it seems. I have taken my business elsewhere years ago.

I have been going to the store in holmdel since its near my job and their customer service is flawless everytime i have issues.
