- Terrible #73147

horrendous customer service. the staff is unknowledgeable and unfriendly. Ordered phones a month ago for a new contract and still waiting. Every time I call no one even knows anything about my order.They are completely clueless and half the times I can not even get through to the store. Either no one answers or the line is busy for hours. This place is a joke don't waste your time.
