Not very good. The freight and passenger elevators don't work properly, there was construction everywhere. Load in and out was a frigging nightmarish thing to watch, and people who work there are not experienced in the field, they don't own their own lighting equipment. .

Spring Studios is very accessible and close to the train. The space is nice, depending on how you set it up.
