Spotless Quick Lube & Car Wash

Worker are very proud careless.Non cooperative work avoider . It is good place on Priam location but staff very rude demand Tip.They don't know English.Mostly customer are unhappy with their rude behaviour & poor working quality. Need urgent action to save this place with bad reputation ?

Good place for a quick oil change or any other fluids. Service is quick even when there is a line.

I've got to say, I absolutely love this place. Every single time I need an oil change, I go there. Once they are done changing the oil on my car, as well as the oil filter, the car runs ever so smoothly. I recently went there because I wanted them to take a look at my brakes, my shocks and struts, and the engine mounts. The mechanic that took care of my car (his name's Mike) was very sweet, and super patient. Sometimes, whenever it comes to my car, I remember certain things that I would like to have looked at. I asked him so many questions, and he was nothing but courteous. I truly appreciate the job that he did. Also, he was able to do an adjustment on the rear wheels of my car. Ever since he did that, my car has been riding so smoothly. I absolutely love this place... also, it includes a carwash section! Everytime I go there to get a job done (oil change, brake check, etc.), you receive a token for their car wash. If you go into the touch car wash (the machine that you drive through), you just have to give the attendant the token with a dollar. If you use the touchless car wash stations (where the wash is all pressurized), you just put the token into the machine. So basically, they're giving you a free car wash to go with the job. You can't tell me there is a place that does the same thing and is also as courteous as these people. Spotless Quick Lube of Hackensack, New Jersey, keep up the good work!

i went to this place to change oil and oil filter, but those idiots didnt know that i marked my old oil filter to see if they gonna change it and surprise they didnt i talked to the manager and he said no problem we will change it ( because he knows) also the service techs knows to, they all was embarrassed its not the first time they do that to me i just catch then Do NOT BRING UR CAR THERE UNLESS U WANT USE SAME OIL FILTER FOR 100 MILES.....

Personally had a great experience here. It was surprisingly quick and simple. I went on a Sunday for an oil change---it's nice that it was open when most places in Bergen County are not. It took around 10 minutes, and as a previous poster said, it is nice that you can stay in/near the bay so you can always keep your car in plain sight. The tech I had (Jason, I think) was extremely friendly and gave me some genuinely helpful car advice (without trying to pressure me into getting anything I didn't want). If anything, I'm worried that I was a little rude to him since I had my "dealing-with-mechanics" guard up, when I really didn't need to. Overall, I have no complaints whatsoever and I'm actually quite happy I chose the place.
