Went there for the first time yesterday to check out the shop. I've passed by it numerous times and finally decided to check it out. They have a great selection of equipment which is their greatest pro. Unfortunately the biggest con is the service.Usually when I walk in somewhere I take note of how long it takes for someone to ask if I need any help. I browsed for about 20 mins. No one ever approached me. I had to get on line and ask for the item I wanted even though multiple employees walked by me during my visit. Not a very good first impression.

Went there today, needed to buy a spare tube and they said sorry we don't have any, there's a rubber shortage in queens. Like seriously? That's almost as bad as saying mcdonalds has no fries cuz there's a potato shortage. Awful, never going back there again
