Love this place. I've been coming here several years now and they are professional, get the job done, and always have an appointment available when I need it.

Im giving this salon 4 stars because of Robert. Every time he cuts my hair it looks amazing. He is attentive, listens and understands what I'm looking for and does an excellent job. His prices are more than reasonable and he could easily charge twice as much in a manhattan shop and i would pay it. Im subtracting one star because even though the reception ladies are nice and seem organized, you dont feel that warm welcoming attention when you walk in. They offered me coffee while i waited - which was nice - however, they ushered me to a place in back near the dryers, where im pretty sure they forgot about me for a couple minutes. But Robert is so good he more than makes up for it all!

Robert is by far one of the best color experts in the field. I have been a loyal client of his for 8yrs... The salon is nice, if your looking for a versatile stylist and colorist , Robert is your man. Uuu!! Don't forget to take a before and after photo, you'll love your new do!

This was my first time at the salon. Whenever you leave a salon after getting a service done, the client should feel pampered and look a million times better than when they walked in. This was not the case at this salon. I had an appointment for the Manicure/Pedicure/Eyebrow $40 special. Gabby was going to be taking care of me. When I met with her, she was unprepared. She did not have anything ready, despite the fact that I was on time for my appointment. The pedicure went well, however my reason for writing this review is that the service was TERRIBLE! The manicure went okay because after my nails were dry, Gabby left. She didn't tell me that she would be back or where she was going. There was zero communication. She was also supposed to do my eyebrows, but she never did. I sat and waited for about 10 minutes until I spoke up to another employee. She called the front desk and was told that she was going to do my eyebrows instead of Gabby. The eyebrow session was okay, however, the woman answered her cell phone while doing the service. That is so unprofessional because you should NEVER answer your cell phone whenever you are with a client. Your focus and attention is on them. Leave personal calls for after work. To make matters worse, it took 2 1/2 hours for all three services! I have had my nails and eyebrows done numerous occasions and never have had a session take this long. As I was leaving, the front desk did not recognize me or try to converse with me. When you see a client leave, you should make their day brighter and welcome them back to the salon. You want to make sure the service went well and try to get them to become a regular in the salon. I felt I was given the cold shoulder. Although I did not get my hair cut or colored, I wouldn't recommend it because of the service. In this case, I would NOT say the value was worth the service. Oh well, at least there is always nail polish remover

The lady who did my hair did an absolutely excellent job, I am very pleased and will definatly go back to her to have it put up again for another special occasion. The price was on the higher end, but well worth it.
