Horrible. I used to be a regular customer, usually get a case of wine... but they messed up my order so many times. Few times sent an entire wrong case of wine!!!
And the delivery time is off, a few times they delivered my case to the wrong address and billed to my credit card. It was mess that took days to recover.
Dave is the worst! He even lied & told me that they do not deliver to my area of Jersey City. Which is contrary to their written policy on the website but if Dave could purchase & taste wines he wouldn't have to work for Sparrow & lie. Look out for future legal action Sparrow for singling out customers & shady business practices!!!

They have a huge selection, clean store, great wine and liqueor section. Could use some more West coast microbrews though
