me and my mother are constant customers there. while that doesnt say much for our quality of computer care, it was never an issue working with spades. the fact we could bring our computer back to them if it messed up within days of getting it fixed for a no fee check up was a plus too!

Sean is really knowledgeable and helpful. He replaced my fan in my computer, which is running smoothly, and answered all of my questions. He also helped me in knowing my computer more. For any computer problems, I recommend going to Spades.

Fixed my Mac right up! But more than that, sat down and chatted for a long time about what might have been wrong with it. Was honest about what could and couldn't be done. Even if the fix didn't work, (it was a bit if a gamble ) I would have been happy

I called in to describe my computer's issue and ask if it was something fixable. They were immediately knowledgeable about the build of my Google Chromebook which is rare for any computer shop. They advised that I needed to just replace the entire computer which was unfortunate but didn't waste my time trying to string me along for any money or services. Seems like they really know their stuff although I ended up not visiting.
