This office is the worst office I have ever been. People are rude and careless.
During my visit Dr. Andreyko asked me to call for the test results however the receptionist refused to tell me anything on the phone. When I came to the office two weeks after they said that they can not release me a copy of the results because Dr. Andreyko did not look at them yet.
When she is going to look? - We do not know.
Where she is? - we do not know.
I said that this kind of service is not acceptable and I have a right to take my results to another doctor. The receptionists were rude and said to each other - just ignore her.
It took me more than an hour waiting until her Majesty doctor came out of her office and gave my my results. Nobody apologized as this is a way supposed to be.
I feel humiliated and never again visit this office.
