Been seeing Dr. Munoz for many years. Has taken care of the whole family. Excellent dentist. Competent, curteous, and accommodating. Not only dependable for routine care but always makes herself available for emergency situations. I highly recommend this dentist.

I was there in October for a cleaning with no issues. She recommended I have one filling replaced and I agreed since it was starting to hurt a little. I scheduled the appointment for December 9th at 10:00 am.

I did not receive a reminder call the day before. No big deal, this happens sometimes. I arrive at 9:45 and the door is locked and no one is in the office. There was a fedex sticker on the door from several days ago, which means no one has been there for days.

I called the number I had on my appointment card, I guess it was her cell phone and not even the office number. She said she was stuck in traffic and would be late !! Hello !! I told her to cancel and cancel the cleaning I had for April 7th also, I was finding a new Dentist. I really did not know what else to say. This has never happened to me before with a Dentist or Doctor.

This is obviously some kind of Gypsy scam operation. Avoid this Dentist !
