Sound City Electronics

Your right. Sound City is a great place to pick up a cd in a flash, but really sound city sucks. They have a horrible return policy and their prices are a little bit to pricy. One year i bought my mother a DVD there and it turned out she didn't want it, no biggie, so we will return it and get something else. She returned it and could only get store credit, ok. So she picks out something for her car. Now she had some more money left on her store credit so she figured she will get get me a birthday gift, a video game for X Box 360. they didnt have the game so they said they would order it and it would be in next week. So we waited and when next week came, the game didn't. so we waited another week, still no game. It turns out it takes them 3-5 months to get a video game in their store. Which on a customer stand point is way too long. And the lady behind the counter is such a (excuse my language) bitch. Your suppose to treat customers with respect, but not her. Every time i was ever in there she seemed miserable. So thats a few resaons why i try not to shop there.
