I am very happy with the service that I got at SOS. Guy, who runs the shop, was very nice, communicated with me and helped with my particular situation. One of the Technicians, Donovan, came up to Harlem and retrofitted my old apartment door with a Medico deadbolt. It was not cheap, but they were upfront about cost from the beginning and I got a quality lock with great service. I enjoyed working with SOS and will use them again!
