They can serve you pizza, yes. But u can also pick the meat and cook it and eat it tbere. Plus pasta as well...what a great place.

Love the brick oven open woodfired Pizza. Also excelent Itallian deli/butcher with homemade pastries too. I want to keep it all to myself but the owners are so nice, I wish them the best.

Terrific dinner experience in Long Beach, New York. We had a large pizza, specially made to order. The large pizza was served on a plank, half vegetarian and half meats with various cheeses. My son worked with the waitress to select the flavors to appeal - and they delivered. We started our meal with a huge salad and then the butcher served up two servings of delicious pork wrapped in bacon and cooked to perfection - delicious! The restaurant includes a full butcher shop and pastry shop. The meats are prime and cut to order. The Butcher is happy to give suggestions to prepare the meal, create sides and cooking expertise. We took some beef and pork home for the next day's meal and were pleased again. The cookies and pastries are a feast for one's eyes, with coffee. The staff were helpful and fun to talk with. It is a small restaurant and favored by locals. Sorento's closes early (7pm doors are locked; you can finish you meal in peace) so bring your appetite and friends and enjoy. We'll be back, again and again!
