I have been a patient of Dr. Somers for 12 years and she is a phenomenal HCP. She is dedicated, caring and knowledgeable. She recently cared for me during my first pregnancy and delivery and was amazing every step of the way! I was a first time nervous wreck and she answered every question and saw me whenever I had a concern and she never made me feel like I was just being nervous. My delivery was the easiest ever, barely any pain and I pushed three times before giving birth to my beautiful healthy baby boy. I live an hour and a half from her now and still use her casue there is no one better!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Somers for more than 24 years. She literally saved my life and the life of my daughter. She is one of the most caring and knowledgeable Dr.s I have ever met. I would recommend her to any woman at any stage of her life. There is none better.

If I could give her a review of 100 stars, I would. Dr. Somers has been my doctor for the last 16 years. She is one of the most knowledgable doctors I've ever dealt with. I would refer her to everyone I know. 5 years ago I moved about an hour and a half away from her, and have continued seeing her this entire time. Unfortunately, because I am now too far, I can't have her deliver my first baby, but rest a sure I will be back to her right after! Thank Dr. Somers, for your years of care.

I second the opinion given below. Dr. Somers is a concerned, caring and thoughtful doctor. She is honest and will tell you her opinion and listen to your problems carefully. She will spend as much time with you as you both feel is needed and is thorough in her examinations. Sometimes she is called for a delivery or will spend what seems like a long time with the patients before you, but do wait. She is a special person and an excellent doctor!

Dr. Somers is by far the best physician I have ever been to. She truly listens to your history and concerns and actually addresses them. She provides a through physical exam (when does THAT happen anymore?) and gives you all your options in a caring, but professional manner. Yes, the wait time can be long, but she's worth it. I suspect this is because Dr. Somers takes her time with each and every patient. Perhaps you need to ask yourself, would I want her rushing through MY exam? My advice? See her - she's worth the wait.
