Soft Touch Car Wash/Bay Ridge Brooklyn NY

Horrible Experience. They don't take there time rush through everything. Had to get a towel myself to get the spots they missed. Do not recommend this car wash.

I have been coming here for about two years now and haven't had any problems until the last three weeks. I though maybe having a not so great experience was a one time even but not two in a row.
My last two times they decided not to open the truck and vacuum the trunk. In both cases the tires are no longer shiny after an hour. Its like they started using water instead of Armour All.
I found there service odd since they have been great over the last two years. This might explain why when I went there there was no one in line. I go somewhere else for awhile until management can fix the problem.

I keep asking to have my rubber mats washed and it's being washed inconsistently I had to inspect the mats myself and ask them to wash it sometimes

Other than that I got no complaints car is washed nice and clean inside and out

TLC cars get a discount which is nice

Brand new car maxima - only car wash I ever use. Car has car wash scratches all over. It's as if I scrubbed it with a brush. Get a hand car wash instead and save thousands.

WORST CAR WASH IN NYC. If I could give this less than 1 star I would! Left my Windows scratched and scuffed up inside car, it's a BRAND NEW CAR and they denied it all! (But offered some free washes LOL to scratch up the rest of the car NO THANKS!) Clearly their staff is careless. Car was left wet all over and interior was barely cleaned. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere ELSE!
