Sofas Plus

No wonder this place went out of business. They lie about delivery times (told us 6-8 weeks and it took over 12). Then they charge a nice big delivery fee, but didn't deliver our whole sofa. Not sure about anyone else, but to us a pillow back sofa without the back is somewhat useless. Then they kept telling us the pillow backs were on the way, but after several more weeks we had to call the manufacturer ourselves. The manufacturer informed us Sofas Plus had placed the original order wrong, and then later ordered the wrong replacement pillow backs.

To top it off, Sofas Plus lied to Amex when we contacted American Express, to make it seem like they completed the order, when in fact we did that ourselves.

I was ready to pull the trigger on two home theater seats, Berklines specifically. I talked to "Paul" on the phone and asked if he had the type I wanted and he said he was very busy and had to call me back later in the day. I gave him my phone number, he repeated it back to me.

Two weeks later now, I haven't heard another word.

No problem, I'm shopping elsewhere.
