Just tried calling their number to ask about my application. The automated service did not help and told me to call back later. Very disappointed.

Lazy place Do not think you have small things they can do right away for get it you have to wait all day

A screening person was unprofessional and knew nothing about Medicare. Worse, that lady was so rude. She even did not do eye contact.
Moreover, as they provided wrong information, I had to handle that by myself by showing the correct information. I do not know how they can maintain their job. So stupid, rude and unprofessional.
