Abusers. They throw out documents, close the case on no grounds, do not communicate and laugh you in the face when you try to protest this. I saw elderly people in the office being yelled at, papers thrown at them and they were dismissed in middle of the discussion simply because the "workers" felt like it. The supervisor had to be fired a LONG TIME AGO, along with the half of the lazy, abusive staff.
