This woman is pure evil saw her as a child n i still cry whenever at a dentist she would hurt people on purpose n tell my parents i was lying even my sister still suffers now from extreme anxiety when coming for dental work due to this sadistic woman

Everything that has been said about Dr. Rosenblatt being unprofessional, rude, nasty is all true and them some. But wait the apple don't fall to far from the tree neither, her daughter Sammy is just like her in every aspect tour patients and the employees. Dr. Rosenblatt doesn't care about her patients well being all she cares about is the money, she treats everybody like scum. Don't think because your a medicaid or medicare patient she treats you any differently from a cash paying patient or private insurance, she treats them all the same.
Her staff is great her Office Manager Sue is the most nicest person there is in that office. In the last 7 months she has gone through 10 employees. Dr. Rosenblatt doesn't like to train nobody and treats them like crap. Some of these girls have left in tears or never came back after being there for a week or two. Or when she wants to get ride of you she starts to cut your hours so you will leave and she doesn't have to fire them. She doesn't appreciate anybody or anything that gets done in that office because for her your never doing anything. Dr. Rosenblatt makes patients wait for months and months for cases that are sitting in her office because she wants her money before she gives you any crowns, dentures or bridge work. Her cases are horrible her work is horrible, I feel bad for these patients that come in trust her because she's a doctor when all reality she don't care and many times she does things and suggest treatment that are not needed to get more money.
If you have the option to pick another doctor or employer do so, because trust me Dr. Rosenblatt is not worth the aggravation she's going to make you go through. And trust me your going to remember this review when it happens to you.

If you have other options, use them. Stay away. They are unpleasant, mercenary and unprofessional. I never had a phone call returned, or any messages acknowledged.

My son needed a referral to an oral surgeon. Despite repeated requests and phone calls (always with assurances that it had been taken care of), it was never done. we had to have the insurance company intervene.

Then, through the insurance company, we found out that the 'copay" that was demanded was not supposed to be assessed.

Everyone in the practice pushed cosmetic procedures and pitched unnecessary protective checks for extra fees.

We had a second opinion about the implants Dr. Rosenblatt was recommending for my husband. The dentist was adamant that these were NOT a good idea for him due to other underlying conditions.

So I really don't trust anything she said. And they were consistently rude and unprofessional.

I would not recommend anyone go here. I was supposed to be reimbursed for the amount a paid for a regular visit. The Smile Spa repeatedly told me it was up to my insurance company to reimburse me.

When I spoke with my insurance company, they informed me the Smile Spa had never even filed a claim. When I called the Smile Spa to discuss this, they repeatedly told me the person I needed to speak to was out of the office. This continued FOR MONTHS and I had to call them DOZENS of times (they never returned any of my messages) before the situation was resolved.

Just horrible

This was a horrible experience from start to finish. To begin ,we waited 1 hour for my 4 year old daughters appointment for an annual cleaning. They recommended an X ray and told me she had cavities on her ADULT teeth that need to be taken care of right away. She does not have any adult teeth! When I asked for my records to seek out a second opinion, they refused to give them to me, After dealing with the extremely rude office staff, I was told i could pay for a copy of the x ray, which upon doing so was too small for the next dentist to read. After multiple requests to email the x rays to the new dentist , we have been ignored repeatedly. Now my daughter will have to go through another round of X rays which are unnecessary. I have never been to such an unprofessional facility in my life. Please go elsewhere.
