Have visited Lozito Medical for many years, since my GP of years past from Ridgewood retired. Very pleased with every visit. Scheduling is flexible. Staff is busy but friendly, accommodating, and understanding. Doctor was always willing to spend time explaining symptoms and conditions, and answered as many questions as I had. Finally, doctors that speak clear English I can understand and not have to say, "what... what" when they speak with me. Would recommend this practice.

I would give this office zero stars if I could. They are the worst doctors I have ever been to. They order unnecessary tests and have no idea what they are talking about. The straw for me was when I went to them about my neck pain - they felt my neck and told me they felt a soft tissue mass and that I needed an MRI. After a $400 MRI, it was revealed that what they felt was just a knot in my neck and that the MRI was totally unnecessary.
A friend of mine went to them with a dislocated wrist. They had him get an MRI and then diagnosed it as "Tennis Elbow" which has nothing to do with a wrist. Honestly I have no idea how they are doctors. Absolutely ridiculous.

I have been a patient for about a year. I have had several incidents where phone calls to the office were not returned (after many messages). The worst was just today. I called to make an appointment for my asthma and was turned away since i could "possibly" have H1N1 and was refered to the ER. I do not have h1n1 and now am stuck with a 100 dollar ER bill. I will not be returning to this office and I would not reccomend them.
