SmartPark JFK

Great service. We landed, got our luggage, called smartparkjfk, they picked us up in ten minutes and our car was warmed up waiting for us. I would definitely use it again.

Great experience when I go to the Jfk I always park here

Last week Sunday, January 25 I had made a reservation three months before and a snowstorm came ! When I went to them to drop off my car with a reservation they already got paid through my credit card and refused to take my car and left me no choice and missed my flight and said that they have no room because of the snow they didn't even tell me a day before So I could plan another way to get to the airport to drop my car or take a taxi
They are very rude
In the past when I use them they are always late and unreliable please be aware that they will drive your car and vandalize it please use someone else like Smart park the one before fast park they are excellent

Staff was friendly, courteous. Very understanding when we missed our flight and needed our car back. Has shuttle back and forth, although not available from different airports (understandable). Overall, good experience.

What a great company- everything was quick, easy and convenient.
We left our son's suitcase in the SmartPark parking lot by mistake, and they went above and
beyond to help us retrieve it and send it to us..printed out UPS receipts and called me with
tracking numbers- we talked to Shabana several times and she really helped
us out. Thank you so much!!!
