Do yourself a favor a keep out of this store where the salesmen will try to patronize on what they think you don't know. Have a bed under 20 year warrantee, you will have to pay upfront out of pocket for replacement box spring or mattress yes upfront or no warrantee exchange. These guys are out to fool you into buying more expensive hardware rails that you technically do not require. They sold me a 1,000.00 firmatress and box spring stated full 20 year warrantee replacement free of charge, you just been scammed
