I just had to write this review because of such a pleasant experience I recently had with Rob the manager in the PC Richard & Sons Yonkers store.
I had previously purchased a large flat screen TV with wall mounts to mount on the wall and a very nice sound system. Initially my plan was to install the wall mounts myself on the wall and hang the TV myself but unfortunately it became a problem for me and I was unable to do it. I called the Yonkers store and one of the sales people told me that I had to schedule an installation in order to get the problem resolved. Unfortunately it was already late in the day and an installation was not possible that day and had to wait until the next day. This was a problem for me because in a few hours I was going out of town and my family was going to have a party/gathering that evening where the TV was necessary to be used. So in order to see if there were any other options for me I asked to speak to the manager. Rob got on the phone with me and after I explained my situation to him he assured me that this problem would be taken care of today and that I did not have to worry. Much to my surprise about 1 hour later around 5:30 PM Rob and a helper showed up at my house. They proceeded to install the wall mounts and hang the TV for me and gave great instruction on the use of the TV and sound system. I was so surprised that they would not even take a tip from me for all their troubles. I was able to leave for my trip that evening at 8:00 as planned and the party at my house went off perfectly and the TV worked fine. It is because of my appreciation for Rob as manager that I will never shop anywhere else other than PC Richard & Sons Yonkers Store for anything that is sold there.

Rob Fisca and the employees at PC Richards have always made my shopping experience great . I love this store and Rob always takes such great care of me and my family. We recently purchased a TV and he always guides us in which one to buy with no stress! I cannot say enough about the service, the quality and the price. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Ovwr the summer, I was fortunate to meet one of their managers, a young guy named Rob Fiska who took the time to walk me through my options. He helped me find a better TV than I had gone in there to buy, and I got it within my budget and I didn't have to compromise on quality or features.
Since then I've done all my small and large appliance purchases there, and I always go look for him. This year I did some holiday shopping there-- did you know they sell drones now? And generators!
Great store, very competitive prices, friendly service. I'd give it 5 stars, but theres no free coffee.

I've been doing business with PC Richard and Sons for nearly 20 years. Even before the new store location was built. Wouldn't go anywhere else for electronics or appliances. Rob Fisca, manager, always provides great service along with the sales staff. Just bought new kitchen appliances and guess where I got them, PC Richards. Best prices, best service best store. Thanks Rob.

Every single time I walk in this store I am greeted warmly and asked if I need assistance. No-one breathes down your neck - or is nowhere to be found if you DO need help as in some other stores nearby. They will have what you want, at a great price and you will be in and out before you know it. Why go to other stores when you can get a great price - and experience here?
