Sleepy's Hackensack

The unhappy salesman must have been the owner because no owner in their right mind would have hired the over-weight, bald, old salesman working 8/6/2016. If he gave me his name I would have specified. He was inaccurate with products & pricing and rude. Actually just a pure d**k. bed pricing was decent but I decided to pay a little more elsewhere. As I was leaving fat dude and his associate were mocking me when I said I might be back. So many other choices when it comes to bedding, not sure why commissioned sales folk would act in such ways.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I called this store today to make an appointment to try a Tempur Pedic mattress that they apparently have on stock per sleepy's website. I was utterly disappointed by the dismissive and rude response of the salesperson that answered my phone call. It came to a point that he redirected me to another branch. When I mentioned the mattress I wanted was only in stock at their store, he asked me if I knew how much that mattress will cost me. This was a first for me. I responded cost was not my main concern which I guess was the magic ticket because he cut me off saying, "so when are you popping by?" What a piece of work!!
