Best place to stay for a convenient location to time square, central park, brook line bridge and etc. I would give them 5* if they put 2 bottles of waters in the room...

Chose this hotel as it had the best rates we could find within a short drive to JFK. We were all really impressed with the great view of the New York skyline, the clean comfortable room, amazing comfortable beds, and very friendly staff. Definitely didn't feel like a budget hotel. Highly recommend!

Great clean room, full amenities, friendly staff, quiet, close to transportation and decent food in the surrounding area. Comfortable beds too.

Stayed here in early August. We got there early (around 11am) but were able to be checked in before the official 3pm check in time, which was a plus. We had a room on one of the higher floors so we had a good view of the city. The room was clean as was the bathroom. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast isn't anything fabulous but it does its job. F train is only 1 block away which was a huge plus. The neighborhood isn't the best but as long as you aren't out at odd hours, it won't be too bad. I definitely enjoyed my experience here (as did my family). If I ever visit NYC again, I would want to stay here.

Neighborhood not upbeat but this hotel is surprisingly very good in terms of spacious rooms and service. Reservation system did get bungled but once they realize their mistake, they make it up for it immediately.
