Please stay away from this company. They are so unprofessional. I scheduled laundry no body confirmed and when i called they said the cleaning lady is already at my apartment. This was without no confirmation on the time. She cleaned the apartment and the lady was good. The home cleaning comes with free laundry so I asked customer service who to give the laundry to, she said give it to the cleaning lady after she cleans. Randomly 1 hour after a guy came from Slate on my door- he had no idea why he's there for except that he had my address. He didn't know what he's supposed to pick up. I called customer service they said i should give my laundry to him. Already frustrated as different people are telling me different things. I gave the laundry to the guy and called customer service again asking when they will deliver my laundry back they said i will get an email to schedule laundry return back. I got an email with receipt of services by Monday and scheduled for them to deliver laundry on Tues 11am-12nn (they suggested this time frame and I just agreed. Tuesday came nobody delivered the laundry. I called customer service they said the guy is busy and he will delivery before 2pm. Is this how these people operate???? So disappointed and mad!!!! They are so unprofessional.
