Skypoint Crossfit

I was nervous to join due to my inexperience with weightlifting, not only were the coaches patient but they emphasize technique to help prevent injury which is what drew me in. Coming up on my year anniversary and it has been the best decision I have ever made. I highly recommend Skypoint cross fit if you are looking for an encouraging environment along with a coaching staff that is second to none! Great enviornment to workout in, sooo clean. The coaches really help with technique and push you to achieve your goals.
