i went here to get a map loaded on the my power fc. said its not possible on the power fc. which is complete bs. it takes a few secs to load it in. i was willing to pay for the 1 min it would take them to hook it up. then they started bad mouthing my car and toyota itself. very very very ignorant shop. i had bad service before but this was just plain OUTRAGEOUS. they are suppose to be a professional business, but it seems they are far from it. it is my car so i decide what MY power needs are.
