The hideous colored LED lights at the top of "The Sky" building are an eyesore for all the surrounding buildings and tenants who live in them. What is the purpose of putting flashing LED lights at the top of a building? Is this a toy for the owner, as it is controlled by an app on his cell phone?
Complaints to the city are in effect. Please turn these off!
Edit: The hideous LED light have been turned off, but replaced by giant fluorescent tubes, the length of the entire building. Are the owners trying to win an award for the ugliest light treatment in NYC? Please - this is LIGHT POLLUTION for the entire neighborhood! All the surrounding buildings need to have blinds and shaded drawn due to this monstrosity.
