City Sightseeing New York

The bus hop on hop off was amazing! The tour guides on every bus we went on were so knowledgable. It was really nice to see such passionate, local tour guides giving so much information on where to eat, where famous people lived and giving directions when we left the bus. I'm very happy with the outstanding service and would recommend this to anyone who wants a tour guide of NYC! Thank you for making our trip a happy one!

Went on the hop on hop off boat, got off at the first stop and was told the next boat would be in 2 hours (way too long between boats in peak season) we saw what we needed to see within an hour and we waited for an hour for the next boat only to find out it was full and the next boat would be in an hour and was probably going to be full again. The staff didn't apologize or make alternative arrangements for the 30+ customers waiting in line and they even had a bad attitude when questioned why. We had to catch a cab to get to the stops (way more reliable). Not professional at all would not reccomend to anyone.

This company ruined our New Years Eve.

We travelled from Dubai to meet our family who would be travelling from the UK and booked an evening cruise with drinks and a DJ through a third party. We arrived earlier than the requested time at 8.45pm, boarding was 9pm and the boat was meant to leave at 10pm.

Upon arrival there was a 200 yard queue of people waiting for boats to arrive. At 9.30pm the queue still had not moved so I went to the front of the queue to see what was going on and surprised to see there was no staff, there was a managers room and his door was locked.

After rejoining my friends we tried to contact the tour operator on the number which was sent on the email via the third party without success.

At 10pm a group of police officers walk past towards the front of the queue. After a few minutes, I decided to push again to the front of the queue to see what was going on. As I was walking in, the police officers where walking out of the managers office with a guy who shouted he was the manager to attract everyone's attention.

He apologised to everyone who was stood there and said that the company had over booked and only 30 people could get on the next boat. He blamed all the third parties for not informing him of the bookings, which I highly doubt as they would of knew weeks ago because there was hundreds of people outside plus my wife works in hospitality and everything in on a CRM booking system.

The time was now 10.20pm and we could not find a single place to go as they're fully booked with it being so late on New Year's Eve.

We spoke with the third party first thing in the morning and they informed us that once a booking is made the operator is informed immediately through an online booking system. With this being said not only did the operator destroy our trip to celebrate the new year coming in but lied to us and probably hundreds of others regarding the complete mess and terrible service this company provides.

Take my advice and no one book anything with this company, it doesn't deserve your hard earned money!!!

What a joke. Booked x2 Tickets for the New Years Eve fireworks cruise at $140 USD. Waited in a line from 9:15pm to 10:15pm, no communication from anyone about what was happening. Found out after having to walk to the front desk to ask that tickets had been oversold and no more boats were coming. Have no words for the stupidity and incompetence of this company. Thanks for ruining what is supposed to be an enjoyable night.

boarding denied due to the lack of space on the boat, after hopping off wall street pier 11. No warning at all before we got off. No resolution (refund, more boats, or whatever) was attempted by the staff at pier 11. we had to take subway to get back..
Otherwise, the experience seemed reasonable.
