I know the water fountain by sauna has not worked in 2 years .. But can someone clean it??? It's disgusting ..

One of the worst experience I have had with this club. The place is not that clean, sauna is dressing room is always off. Little do you know when you froze account they still charge you money. When you want to cancel agreement they give you bunch of bs and charge you a lot as well. So happy to be done with that place

Great gym, wonderful staff. They always accommodate my needs. The equipment and classes are also top notch. I highly recommend.

Terrible customer service and the machines are constantly under disrepair. They constantly run out of towels which are needed because the air conditioning doesn't work well in the studio. Its a shame the gym is so poorly run since it is a great space and have great group instructors (even though they treat them so poorly most have left the gym or are only teaching there part time). This place is way too expensive for what you get and the way you are treated.

The staff is very friendly, especially Ashley and Andre. Ashley has been extremely helpful and very resourceful during my experience with exercising and pregnancy.
