I was very pleased with the service and expertise that I received in dealing with Siska. Andrew was kind enough to help me re-tool and offer information on a machine that I didn't even buy from him. I got it working and got a great buy on some grommets. For my small business the customer service that I receive from vendors is VERY important to me. The customer service that I received from Siska was EXCEPTIONIAL.

Initially Andy sold me on a 2 ton hand press with the die set. The dies cost $338 and the press $398. This was a little over a year ago. Last week one of the dies broke and I called them thinking they are under warranty and will be replaced. No sir!! You gotta cough up another $170 for a die. I was a little upset and he explained the tools are not covered by any type of warranty or guarantee. That's not what I recall him saying when he was selling it to me but that's fine. I told him I'll try to find another solution and he said OK let me know if it works (in a sarcastic tone) My other solution would turn out to be too much of a hassle so I just decided to give him a call and buy the replacement die.
Andy said he did not want to sell me a replacement die!! get that, so now I have a $400 press that is machined to work with his dies that he doesn't want to sell to me. I came to find out that Siska is very selective in who they do business with. I'll be searching for another company that takes care of his clients down the road. Goodbye fiska!!
