At 87, I am computer dinosaur with a Windows XP computer to match. The computer crashed and I was desperate. The SiScotek people restored all functions, which I used to have and installed new ones which are of inestimable value to me. They managed to make me understand in non-computer language what to do. All the people i dealt with there went out of their way to help. While at the SiScotek shop I saw many customers who unlike me were very sophisticated users. The SiScotek personnel identified for each the solution to the problems . They are truly fantastic. As the old Chase ad said , you may "have a friend in Chase Manhattan". At SiScotek you have friendly superb expert help.

Farhard and his team are very knowledgeable, courteous, reliable, and professional. However, If you have any kind of computer or laptop issue, Sisco Tek is the place were you can find a solution to your problem. As MK said I wouldn't consider of going anywhere else in the future. Thank you all.

Superior service & knowledgeable, friendly staff. I’ve had several experiences with Siskotek, which have all been excellent! Diagnosis of my laptop took less than 24 hours and repairs were completed within days. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. The hours are very convenient and always fit into my busy schedule. The level of service is above and beyond of what I expected; I was even provided with a loaner laptop while my laptop was being repaired. I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else in the future!
