Meridian Med Spa: Moss Tamara MD

I had an appointment at 1pm. At that time they got my Co-Pay and my insurance ID. They told me that they where going to return my ID after the doctor has seen me. At 4:15 pm, they still haven't called me yet. This office appeared more like a grocery store rather than a professional medical office. There are more things to sell rather than a doctor going to see his patient. This doctor should have more compassion with the patients who are looking for her help. I regret choosing this medical office and i don't recommend it to anybody. In the end , they returned my Co-Pay and my ID and i was on my way.

I would rate zero stars if I could. I never actually saw the alleged doctor. I had a 10:20 appointment. Got there a little after 10 to fill out all the forms one must complete when seeing a doctor for the first time. When I signed in I noticed there were three patients ahead of me. I completed the forms and gave them along with my insurance card to the receptionist who told me I would be seen shortly. I waited and waited and waited. Finally at 11:10 I asked the receptionist if the doctor was going to see me soon. She informed me the doctor had just gotten in at 11! She said she must have gotten "stuck in traffic." I asked where she was coming from--Ohio? I told the receptionist I was not going to see a doctor with so little regard for her patients, took my insurance card and left. I live in Queens NY there are dermatologists everywhere. Why do people still put up with this crap from doctors?
