I have natural hair and I went there to get Marley twists. Washed my hair the night before but the woman insisted that she should wash it again. Long story short there was relaxer in the shampoo and now my hair is thin and no longer 4c. Visited Feb 2015 hopefully they no longer do this.

Horrible. Don't go. Got simple cornrows so I could put my wig on top and I had to take out the braids the same day because it was so bumpy and just ridiculous. you are better off getting a 4 year old to do your braids. I also saw a few other women getting their hair done and one looked better than mine but not worth what she was about to pay for those services. Just don't go there.
