Cute little park near the WTC where there are benches for weary walkers and often musicians performing nearby. The flowers are well taken care of but there could be more shade.

I'm not sure why this cool, little sculpture isn't better known. In any other city it would be a highlight.
The park is just steps away from ground zero and a really pleasant break if you've been walking.

How about naming the park after something more meaningful than a real estate tycoon.
