Eerie, sad, enlightening, infuriating, and thought-provoking. Worth the money. The experience is terrible, but as an American, it pulls you closer into the worst terrorist attack in our history. We will never forget 9/11. Nor should we. My thoughts and prayer continually go out to those that were directly affected by the tragedy.

Very moving and beautiful museum and memorial, however, the order of events inside the museum is a little disorganized and it is like a maze. Nonetheless, it is a beautiful museum and was extremely moving at times. I went here with my father who was visiting from Italy and there were many things that he told me that he did not know about from 9/11, including the phone calls that passengers made to their families while on the plane and even people falling to their deaths from the Twin Towers. This is apparently something that can relate to Europeans and foreigners in general. Overall, I would recommend coming here at least once.

Amazing museum. Rich of information and very well designed to give you a perfect picture of how everyone there lived this horrifying experience. It's a must see so no one can forget and move forward and rise up as one nation.

Very emotional. Incredibly well done. I was overwhelmed in the timeline section by all of the items that had been collected and the headlines. My chest tightens even now talking about it. A worthy memorial to a sad day and an incredible time for New Yorkers, Americans, and the world.

I visited NYC last week and this was a must see. It was an incredible experience to be here. In 2001, I was young, but seeing it now as an adult was a whole different experience. I would go back instantly. They did amazing in honoring the victims and paying tribute to the day.
