Silver Crust Management, is presently working on the customer service aspect of our business, we have had extensive team leadership/customer service training. We will continue to grow in numbers and will endeavor to improve our staff with the necessary customer service tools through training. We will be implementing different strategies so that they will be able to deal with the public in a better way
