Congratulations! Your Cheese Waffle Sandwiches remind me of the Old London (I think) cheddar waffle snacks from my youth. They disappeared from shelves a long time ago and I've been looking for them for years! I don't know if you bought the original recipe but you're real close if not right on target at replicating them. I sent my mother a couple of bags and she loved them and wants more! Thank you for bringing back an old favorite!!!
