I called Shredit to set up shredding services for our business, which is a multi-billion dollar corporation nation-wide. Upon my first call to set up shredding services, the customer service associate, who was centrally located in New Jersey, put me through to a voicemail. Since it's normal working business hours, my expectation was to talk to someone to set up a time to shred my documents. I called back, and once again I was put through to a voicemail. I called back third time, and I asked to speak to a live agent who could set up a date to shred, I was told they are all either on the phone or busy. Shredit is a subsidiary of a large enough company that they should have higher expectations than this. This sort of customer is very poor and resulted in lost business for them. I immediately called a competitor and set up a time to shred my documents - an experience that was hassle free.

Have never dealt with a company that was so unorganized. I have consistently asked for a schedule to only been put through the loop and told that one would be sent to me. Tried contacting the District manager and had been stopped because he receives calls from sales people.
One of their employee's who picks up the shredding documents even told us to get another company because they keep hearing complaints from their customers. Very sad especially if their own employees are recommending clients to get another vendor.

have now left one voicemail and sent three emails and no response i am going to look for another company

Awful service. Tried to schedule a pickup and was unable to reach them by phone for two entire days when I had questions about the contract. Several numbers exist and none seemed to work. The official number goes to a personal voicemail with no indication it's affiliated with the company. I left a message anyways and never heard back. Finally got through and was told the pick-up couldn't happen because there wasn't enough time (even though I had been trying to contact them for two days). They finally agreed to rush the order if I could email the contract in immediately. I emailed it minutes later, never received a confirmation, and they never picked up the documents. The only contact I received from them was the next week when they said they arrived at the office and no one was around. This was because they were told to call upon arrival so someone could let them in, but they did not.
As mentioned, they rescheduled the pick-up without our consent for a week later. I was able to find a much more reliable company to pick up next-day, instead.
