Showercrafters

I had a wonderful experience using Showercrafters. I recently purchased a shower enclosure from them and I couldn't be more happy with the finished product. From the very first time I entered the showroom to buy my door the staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their products. When Bill came out to measure he was wonderful and boy does he know what he is talking about. The installation went smoothly also with the installation techs being extremely nice and neat. Overall I would recommend Showercrafters to anyone to use them so they can be as pleased as I am about my new bathroom. Thank you Showercrafters!!

I had a awesome experience dealing with Showercrafters, I had my doors put in on 10/16/15 and everything went perfectly from the minute the door was bought until it was installed. I got great help in the showroom with my decisions when selecting the door. Their expertise and knowledge were very helpful during this process and I got a great price too!! From start to finish it was a great job. I would recommend Showercrafters to anyone else

Great first visit by management to sign up order. We ordered four expensive frameless shower doors for different locations.
Problems experienced with all four doors. When I ask the office to speak with management to express my frustration, they are never available, and never call back. The last door installed, recently slipped on the hinges, after being used only a handful of times. I mentioned that the door was Jammed closed, and we could not use our apartment, as this is the only bathroom, and only bath/shower.
After nearly 2 weeks, I was forced to try and fix the door myself so we could bathe. Still no call back from the company.

This place have a great showroom. They cut and fabricated their own glass. Their product is warranty by the MFG..would recommend it to a friend.:)

Called Showercrafters on a friend's recommendation. Came out next week to appraise job. Took $500.00 cash deposit on $2000.00 quote. "Bill" came week after to measure (he said he was a company principal), again took $500.00 (as was their policy) balance due upon installation (appox. 2 weeks) After a month 'Barbara' called to schedule install. 'Barbara' called night before install to cancel
(Top railing was bent) We rescheduled for 2 weeks later. Again 'Barbara' called night before to cancel. (wrong hardware) At this time I spoke with manager (all Barbara could say was "I'm Sorry")
who assured me a Refund check would be sent that week. After repeated calls (and tons more of "I'm Sorry" by Barbara) and manager refusing to come to phone my wife was instructed to call factory in Hicksville but no answers, even when 'Barbara' called. Now 3 months into this and no refund and no doors. Worst, most corrupt company I have ever had the misfortune to do business with.
