Shore Point Motel

My boyfriend and I had to travel down to NJ for a funeral and we were looking for a place to stay for 2 days. I looked online and checked there in Hazlet and read the reviews for the 3 hotels around there and this one had the best reviews. We got lost at first called the owner and he got us right to the place. It was clean and quaint and very quiet which is what we wanted. If we ever travel again down there this is where we will stay....thank you Nick for a very pleasant experience and we will be back..

Most women travelling alone would usually not consider such a motel, but I did. And, I had a good nights sleep & a great shower before leaving next morning. Now, let me say, I am not picky. I had a good feeling abt the place from photos online & then when I called & the proprietor asked me to arrive early in evening cuz they like to turn in early. How quaint! The proprietor's are really making an effort to make the place presentable.

Only negative was smell of old cigarette smoke. Nothing a good coat of paint, laundering the curtains & washing the carpet can't take care of, plus keeping the door opened to air it out whenever possible.

I'd stay again.

Stayed here many times owner is so nice all the time cleaning lady always on call if you need something would recommend to everyone looking to stay somewhere clean and comfortable

I stayed here twice within the last two weeks, 3 nights each time. This little motel is PERFECT! I spend 150+ nights a year in hotels, and all I want is a clean bed, hot shower, and internet. This was exactly what I needed, and the price was excellent. Very clean, comfortable, and very helpful and courteous owners. I'll be back!

Stayed there on thursday march 22. Me and my significant other brought two friends to social with but he locked his keys in the truck. Long story short. The old skinny guy insulted us by saying badically saying .we were teenagers. When we are all.over 22 drugies. Drunk..and partiers and also loud. And then.turns and.says this is a buisness. I think not. As we were trying to get into his truck. Another tennent came out.that we knew. And we were all.socialisn. the skinny guy then proceeded to tell two grown ppl to go back in side there room. Are you kidding last time ill be staying here.
