Beautiful to see that there are all positive reviews about the store. It is good for Newark. Just a little disturbing remark made by Zsuzsi Lippai. There are enough liquor stores in Newark. Don't spoil the string of positive comments with the ghetto remark. That is obvious where you are from.

I am forever thankful for this store. I use to live on Littleton and would travel to pathmark the prices was overally high especially there meats. So hake yessss shop rite has all my votes they customer service is great I would shop there again.

I Love this shoprite they have everything you need.... The isles are in order the packaging on the meat is good the meat looks fresh the vegetables are fresh I just really enjoy going here to shoo and to just walk around you never know what you might find..... I think they did a pretty good job with this store I hope it stays just the way it is oh and the people that work there are very nice and helpful happy to say that most are from the heart of Newark great work guys!!!!!!

Its a great store, even the customer service. What makes me give them a three is the prices. If you compare the prices of other shoprite stores this one has the highest. I dont know if it because it just opened, but a family would save at least a hundred dollars a month going to East Orange or Brookdale. Like almost 5 dollars for a gallon of apple juice in brookdale its $3.49. Every first of the month the price of chicken is ridiculous 11$ for a pack of chicken legs.

Great location as that community really needed this store. Great prices as compared with Pathmark some 6 blocksaway. Well kept. Baggers, just like restaurant waiters however, should be allowed to accept tips!!!
