I just called to get a guesstimate, and before I could finish my sentence, the guy cut me off and said I have to see what is wrong before I can tell you a price. I was going trying to explain what was wrong but he kept telling me how can I know if I dont see? If your a repair man you should at LEAST have a guess-timate. He was Very rude with me and totally turned me off. He will never see my money.

Every time I've been to see this guy, he said he couldn't repair what I had brought him. Go to Island Shoe Repair instead. They fixed things that this guy told me with one glance could not be repaired.

brought this guy a pair of $500 pair of gucci shoes he did a fair job,but when i looked at the chrome GG it was now black and he said no i covered it so i scraped the polish of with my nail and showed him,so as he wiped it off with an attitude i told him theres still streaks and blk spots he said what do u want me to do,i walkex out without paying him,thats what "I" did

Very rude! I just called in and the guy on the phone was so rude and hung up on me after describing my issue with my shoes. I will never take my shoes there!
